摘　　要：贴片吸嘴和定位夹具是自动环氧粘片过程中最重要的工具,直接完成了微带片和器件的自动化贴装。自动环氧粘片过程中的任何细节都非常重要,需要根据设备特性和自我需求,针对性地进行附属工具的设计,使得设备发挥最大效能。简述了贴片吸嘴和定位夹具的工作原理和结构,并且探讨了设计与制作方法。Nozzles and positioning fixtures which directly complete the automatic assembly for microstrip substrates and devices are important tools of the automatic epoxy laminating machine.Any details are critical,we should do design of accessory tools well-targetedly and make the high performance of the equipment.The general theory and structure of nozzles and positioning fixtures are described,and the design and production are also proposed.
