摘 要:作为电器元器件参数的重要器具,该文结合校准装置特点和实际工作描述了直流电阻箱的校准方法和过程,依据JJG 982-2003《直流电阻箱检定规程》,用到了微积分,贝赛尔公式,合成样本差等数学知识和误差理论知识,计算时需要认真细致,做到不重复不遗漏,只有这样才能保证测量不确定度评定的准确性。以具体的直流电阻箱为例详细介绍了直流电阻箱不确定度的评定和计算过程,为直流电阻箱校准装置建立及直流电阻箱测量审核等提供了典型的不确定度分析依据以供参考。As an important instrument for the parameters of electrical components,this paper describes the calibration method and process of DC resistance box in combination with the characteristics of calibration device and practical work.According to JJG 982-2003"Verification Regulation of D.C.Resistance Box",mathematical knowledge and error theoretical knowledge such as calculus,Bessel formula and synthetic sample difference are used.The calculation needs to be careful,Only in this way can the accuracy of measurement uncertainty evaluation be guaranteed.Taking a specific DC resistance box as an example,the evaluation and calculation process of uncertainty of DC resistance box are introduced in detail,which provides a typical uncertainty analysis basis for the establishment of DC resistance box calibration device and the measurement audit of DC resistance box for reference.
