摘　　要：为了实现对静电放电模拟器的测量结果不确定评定,该文依据JJF1397-2013《静电放电模拟器校准规范》的校准方法,对静电放电模拟器的开路放电电压、峰值电流进行测量,分析了不确定度来源,对静电放电模拟器开路放电压、峰值电流测量结果不确定作出了评定。In order to realize the uncertainty assessment of the measurement results of the electrostatic discharge simulator,This article is based on the calibration method of JJF1397-2013"Electrostatic Discharge Simulator Calibration Specification",Measure the open-circuit discharge voltage and peak current of the ESD simulator,analyze the sources of uncertainty,and evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results of the ESD simulator's open-circuit discharge voltage and peak current.
