摘  要:本文研究区位于赞比亚罗恩延长部北翼,最新勘查找矿工作在该研究区发现了铜资源储量达中型规模的氧化铜资源。为查明矿石特征,本文利用化学分析、光学显微鉴定、物相分析、筛析试验和扫描电镜能谱分析等多种方法手段对研究区的氧化铜矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明,该区氧化铜矿石中TCu含量为2.53%,AsCu含量为2.00%,自由氧化铜相高达70.89%。矿石中Cu回收的目标矿物为孔雀石和假孔雀石。当磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占±75%时,Cu在+0.074 mm富集,且Cu品位随着磨矿细度变细而降低。总体而言,该区矿石质量较好,适用于搅拌浸出工艺回收,可作为矿山接替铜资源。但矿石中孔雀石、假孔雀石的嵌布特征较为复杂,且矿石中含有黑云母、方解石、绿泥石和高岭石等易碎或黏性较大的矿物,在实际开发利用过程中应注意控制磨矿细度,在提高孔雀石和假孔雀石解离度的同时避免泥化现象可能对浸出产生的不利影响。The study area is located in the north wing of the ROAN extension deposit in Zambia.The latest exploration and prospecting work has found new copper oxide resources with medium-sized reserves in this area.In order to find out the ore characteristics of the study area,chemical analysis,optical microscopic identification,phase analysis,screening test,SEM-EDS and other methods are used to systematically study the process mineralogy characteristics of oxidized copper ores in this paper.The results show that the total content of Cu is 2.53%and AsCu is 2.0%,free oxide copper phase is as high as 70.89%.Cu recovered minerals are malachite and pseudomalachite.When grinding fineness is±75%of-0.074 mm,Cu is enriched in+0.074 mm,and the Cu grade decreases with the grinding fineness.Generally speaking,the oxidized copper ore is suitable for the recovery of stirring process and can be used as a substitute for copper resource in the deposit.However,due to the complex dissemination characteristics of malachite and pseudomalachite in the ore,and the ore contains fragile or viscous mineral like biotite,calcite,chlorite and kaolinite,in the process of actual development and utilization,attention should be paid to the optimum grinding fineness,so as to improve the dissociation degree of malachite and pseudomalachite and avoid the occurrence of argillization,which is unfavorable to leaching.
