再生骨料制备二灰稳定碎石性能试验研究

摘　　要：使用再生骨料替代天然骨料,制备多种不同配合比的二灰稳定碎石,对再生骨料二灰稳定碎石的力学性能和抗冻性能进行试验研究,探究再生骨料制备二灰稳定碎石的可行性。选用粒径为0~25 mm的再生骨料,通过标准击实试验得出最大干密度和最佳含水量,初步确定配合比;通过无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、抗冻融循环试验等进一步优化配合比。结果表明,二灰剂量不低于10%时,再生骨料二灰稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度大于1.0 MPa,劈裂强度大于0.3 MPa,且变异系数小于10%,10次冻融循环质量损失率小于3%,强度损失率小于25%,满足技术规范要求。再生骨料替代天然骨料用于道路二灰碎石层施工具有可行性。Using recycled aggregates instead of natural aggregates,limefly ash stabilized macadam with different mix proportions was prepared.The mechanical properties and antifreeze properties of limefly ash stabilized macadam with recycled aggregates were tested to explore the feasibility of preparing limefly ash stabilized macadam with recycled aggregates.Recycled aggregates with particle size of 0—25 mm were selected and the maximum dry density and optimum water content were obtained through standard compaction test,and the mix proportion was determined preliminarily.Through unconfined compressive strength test,splitting strength test and freeze-thaw cycle test,the mix proportion was further optimized.The results showed that the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and variation coefficient of recycled aggregate limefly ash stabilized macadam were greater than 1.0 MPa,0.3 MPa and 10%,mass loss rate and strength loss rate of 10 freeze-thaw cycles were less than 3%and 25%respectively when limefly ash dosage was not less than 10%,which meet the requirements of technical specifications.It is feasible to use recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate for construction of limefly ash macadam layer on road.
