摘  要:目的:通过模拟突发公共卫生事件的情景式麻醉教学,提高麻醉规培医师在应对突发公共卫生事件的处置能力。方法:选取我院麻醉科住院医师规范化培训学员80名,随机分为2组,对照组(n=40)由带教老师根据轮转计划以常规教学手段进行教学;观察组(n=40)采用模拟突发公共卫生事件情景式教学。比较2组技术能力和非技术能力考核结果。结果:观察组专业技术能力的理论考核与实践操作得分(36.42±3.23,35.66±3.26)高于对照组(31.15±4.01,32.57±4.97);观察组在任务管理能力(4.10±0.31)、团队协作(3.85±0.39)、状况认知(4.21±0.38)、决策能力(4.33±0.37)得分均高于对照组(2.50±0.61、2.42±0.52、3.03±0.56、2.61±0.59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);杭境学员对模拟突发公共卫生事件情景式教学模式的认可度更高。结论:模拟突发公共卫生事件的情景式麻醉教学,可以提高麻醉住院医师在应对突发公共卫生事件时的麻醉相关临床技能、处理流程的及时准确性。[Objective]To improve their ability of dealing with public health emergencies through Situational teaching by Simulating a public health emergency in the training of anesthesiology residents.[Method]Esthesiology residents were divided into two groups.Control Group(n=40)was taught by routine teaching methods and Observation Group(n=40)adopted the situation teaching mode by setting up the Public Health Emergency.After the teaching was accomplished,the technical ability and non-technical ability of anesthesiologists in the two groups were assessed.[Result]In the Observation Group,the examination of professional theory and the Practical Operation Scores were(36.42±3.23,35.66±3.26),they were higher than Control Group(31.15±4.01,32.57±4.97).The scores of task management ability,team cooperation,status cognition and decision-making ability in the observation group were 4.10±0.31,3.85±0.39,4.21±0.38 and 4.33±0.37,respectively.They were higher than the scores of Control Group(2.50±0.61,2.42±0.52,3.03±0.56 and 2.61±0.59),respectively,P<0.05.The students'recognition of the teaching mode in the Observation Group was higher(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Adding the teaching of public health emergencies in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents can improve them anesthesiology-related clinical skills and the processing process in time and accurately when dealing with public health emergencies.
