标准化质量管理体系在临床科室医疗设备管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化质量管理体系在临床科室医疗设备管理中应用效果。方法:以全院900台心电监护仪和813只微量注射泵为试点设备,结合医疗设备管理中存在的问题,制定标准化质量管理体系,组建质量管理团队;以80名2018年入职我院护理人员为研究对象,对试点设备及研究对象实施标准化质量管理,比较管理前后相关评价指标。结果:运行该体系后,80名研究对象的心电监护仪和微量注射泵理论知识与操作考核成绩均明显提高(P<0.05),且对医疗设备管理的满意度也同步提高(P<0.05);心电监护仪和微量注射泵的月故障维修次数和维修费用均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:实施医疗设备标准化质量管理体系,对提高医护人员正确操作仪器和应对故障的能力,减少设备发生故障维修次数及维修费用等具有积极的促进作用,值得进一步深入研究后推广。[Objective]To explore the application of Standardized Quality Management System in the management of medical equipment in clinical departments.[Method]900 ecg monitors and 813 micro injection pumps were used as experimental equipment,and the Standardized Quality Management System and quality management team were established based on the existing problems in medical equipment management.Eighty nursing staff with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 2018 were selected as the research object,and Standardized Quality Management was implemented for the pilot equipment and the research object,comparison of related evaluation indicators before and after management.[Result]After running the system,the theoretical knowledge and operation performance of ecg monitor and micro injection pump of 80 subjects were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of medical equipment management was also increased(P<0.05).The monthly maintenance frequency and maintenance cost of ecg monitors and micro injection pumps were significantly decreased(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The implementation of Standardized Quality Management System of medical equipment plays a positive role in improving the ability of medical staff to operate instruments correctly and deal with failures,and reducing the frequency and cost of equipment failure maintenance,which is worth further study and promotion.
