控压膨肺复合靶点注入牛肺表面活性剂治疗21例术后顽固性肺不张患者的护理

摘　　要：总结21例术后顽固性肺不张患者采用控压膨肺复合靶点注入牛肺表面活性剂治疗的护理要点:治疗前加强心理支持,做好用物及患者准备;治疗中配合麻醉诱导和插管,协助精准控压膨肺复合靶点注入牛表面活性剂,提高肺复张成功率;拔管后加强复苏期舒适化护理,送回病房后根据病情及患者的耐受情况胸腔闭式引流持续维持负压于-1~-10 kPa以维持肺复张后的膨胀状态。21例患者萎陷肺泡均复张,康复出院。This article summarized the key points of nursing care of 21 patients with postoperative refractory atelectasis treated by injecting bovine lung surfactant into the composite target of pressure-controlled inflation.Before treatment,it is necessary to strengthen the psychological support of the patient,and prepare the patient well.During the treatment,the nurse needs to cooperate with anesthesia induction and intubation,and assist the doctor to accurately control the pressure of the expanded lung compound target to inject bovine surfactants to improve the success of lung recruitment Rate.After extubation,it is necessary to strengthen the patient's comfort care during the resuscitation period.After returning to the ward,according to the condition of the patient and the patient's tolerance,the closed thoracic drainage continues to maintain the negative pressure at-1 to-10 kPa to maintain the expansion state after lung recruitment.The collapsed alveoli of 21 patients were all recruited and recovered and were discharged.
