改良固定法在新生儿会阴肛门成形术肛管固定中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良固定法在新生儿会阴肛门成形术肛管固定中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年12月至2020年12月在我科接受会阴肛门成形术需留置肛管的60例患儿作为研究对象,2017年12月至2019年8月使用传统“Y”形肛管固定法的患儿30例作为对照组;2019年9月至2020年12月使用肛管改良固定法的患儿30例作为观察组。比较2组患儿肛管移位程度、胶带卷边率、固定肛管所需的时间。结果:观察组肛管移位程度轻于对照组、胶带卷边率低于对照组、固定肛管所需的时间小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用改良固定法进行新生儿会阴肛门成形术的肛管固定,其效果好于传统“Y”形胶带固定法,值得临床推广。[Objective]To observe the effect of ameliorable fixed method in fixation of newborns’perineal anoplasty anal tube.[Methods]60 neonatal patients with indwelling anal tube undergone perinealanoplasty in our department from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as research objects,of which 30 patients with traditional Y-shaped fixation of anal tube from December 2017 to August 2019 were served as a control group,and 30 patients with ameliorable fixed method of anal tube from September 2019 to December 2020 as an observation group.The displacement degree of anal tube,the curling rate of adhesive tape and the time required for fixation of anal tube were compared between the two groups.[Results]The displacement degree of anal tube in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group.The curling rate of adhesive tape in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The time required for fixation of anal tube in the observation group was less than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The effect of ameliorable fixed method used in the fixation of anal tube in perinealanoplasty of newborns is better than that of traditional Y-shaped fixation of anal tube,and so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
