摘  要:针对DCS系统运行维修及工业信息安全验证应用需求,采用DCS半实物仿真技术进行DCS全范围仿真方法研究。通过对DCS虚拟实物仿真范围划分、DCS实物仿真方法、DCS虚实仿真结合方法及实物系统仿真功能的研究,提出利用DCS最小化系统实现实物仿真系统与虚拟控制站结合的DCS系统全范围仿真总体架构,利用通信站实现虚实仿真系统的硬件接口,利用组态镜像及状态同步实现虚实结合的功能接口,并通过外部接口状态管理实现实物系统状态管理,最后,对虚实仿真结合方案进行验证,以满足虚实仿真接口要求。Because of the requirements of DCS maintenance and cyber security verification,full scope simulation of DCS system by DCS mixed simulation technology is assumed to meet the requirements.The scope of stimulation and simulation must be classified at first in the full scope system.The stimulation technology and the integration of stimulation and simulation is explained.The simulation functionalities of the stimulation system is studied.The mini-stimulation system plus simulation of control cabinet consists of the full scope simulation of DCS system.The communication station is used to integrate the stimulation and simulation physically.In communication station,the replica of control block in virtual station works as agent to interface the virtual stations with the stimulation system functionally.The external interface to the stimulation is managed to achieve the state management of stimulation system.At last,the design of integration of stimulation and simulation are verified to meet the requirement.
