摘 要:研究通过控制单一变量,选取有关结构强度、刚度及稳定性的力学指标,包括组合应力、剪应力、位移和第一阶临界荷载系数K,深入研究和讨论了不同桩长、桩径和壁厚对临时栈桥及平台结构的力学特性的影响。研究结果显示桩长、桩径和壁厚对于临时栈桥的横向分配梁、平联和钢管桩的位移量影响最大,随桩长增加,桩顶横梁、平联和钢管桩位移值的增幅都达到500%以上;而随着桩径和桩壁厚度增加,三者的位移值降幅都达到60%以上。所以施工过程应该合理管控桩长,同时适度增加桩径和壁厚,以保证结构具备稳定性。By controlling a single variable and selecting the mechanical indexes related to structural strength,stiffness and stability,including combined stress,shear stress,displacement and the first-order critical load coefficient K,the effects of different pile length,pile diameter and wall thickness on the mechanical properties of temporary trestle and platform structure are deeply studied and discussed.The results show that pile length,pile diameter and wall thickness have the greatest influence on the displacement of transverse distribution beam,horizontal joint and steel pipe pile of temporary trestle.With the increase of pile length,the displacement of pile top beam,horizontal joint and steel pipe pile increases by more than 500%.With the increase of pile diameter and pile wall thickness,the displacement decreases by more than 60%.Therefore,the pile length should be reasonably controlled during the construction process,and the pile diameter and wall thickness should be appropriately increased to ensure the stability of the structure.
