摘 要:对罗马洋甘菊蒸馏废渣醇提物光保护能力进行研究,以总多酚含量为指标,确定提取的最佳条件。将醇提物分别用石油醚(PE)、二氯甲烷(CH_(2)Cl_(2))、乙酸乙酯(EAC)、正丁醇(NBA)依次萃取。采用比色法测定并比较各样品的总多酚含量。通过全光谱扫描法及计算光保护因子确定各组分的光保护活性。结果发现乙酸乙酯萃取物的光保护活性最强,SPF达到29.754±0.085,为罗马洋甘菊蒸馏残渣醇提物在功能性化妆品中的应用提供了理论基础。In this paper,the light protection ability of the alcohol extract from the distillation residue of Anthemis nobilis was studied,and the total polyphenol content was used as the index to determine the best extraction conditions.The ethanol extract was extracted with petroleum ether(PE),dichloromethane(CH_(2)Cl_(2)),ethyl acetate(EAC)and n-butanol(NBA).The content of total polyphenols in each sample was determined and compared by colorimetry.The photoprotection activity of each component was determined by in full spectrum scanning method and calculation of photoprotection factor.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract had the strongest photoprotection activity,and the SPF reached 29.754±0.085,which provided a theoretical basis for the application of the alcohol extract from the distillation residue of Anthemis nobilis in functional cosmetics.
