摘  要:文章以球形硅铝合金/粉煤灰基高温定形复合相变材料为蓄热单元,设计制作了填充床式高温(600~800℃)蓄热器,并通过高温空气流动实验台对该蓄热器的蓄热性能进行实验分析。实验结果表明:受蓄热器热损失的影响,在蓄热过程中,空气和蓄热球始终存在温差;蓄热器空气进口处温度从610℃提高至650℃时,其蓄热速率提高了335.1%,蓄热效率增加了21.3%;空气的质量流量从140 kg/h增加至260 kg/h时,蓄热器的蓄热速率增加了84.5%,蓄热效率降低了4.9%,因此,研究该类蓄热器时,空气质量流量的选择应综合考虑蓄热器的蓄热速率和蓄热效率;蓄热器空气进口处温度是影响其蓄热性能的主要因素,提高蓄热器空气进口处温度可同时提升蓄热器的蓄热速率和蓄热效率。根据本实验结果可为更好优化填充床式高温蓄热器提供参考。The heat storage unit of the spherical Si-Al alloy/fly ash based high temperature fixed composite material was studied,and a packed bed type high temperature(600~800℃)accumulator was designed and manufactured.The high-temperature air flow test bench is used for experimental analysis to study the heat storage performance of the heat accumulator.The experimental research shows that affected by the heat loss of the heat storage device,there is always a temperature difference between the thermal fluid and the thermal storage ball during the thermal storage process;When the air inlet temperature of the heat accumulator increases from610℃to 650℃,the heat storage rate and heat storage efficiency increased by 335.1%and 21.3%respectively.When the air mass flow rate increased from 140 kg/h to 260 kg/h,the heat storage rate of the heat accumulator increased by 84.5%and the heat storage efficiency decreased by 4.9%.Therefore,the selection of mass flow rate should integrate the heat storage rate and heat storage efficiency about studying this type of heat accumulator in the future;the air inlet temperature of the heat accumulator is the main factor about affecting its heat storage performance.Increasing the air inlet temperature can increase both the heat storage rate and the heat storage efficiency.According to the experiment,it can provide experimental reference for better optimizing this type of packed bed high temperature heat accumulator.
