摘　　要：目的观察验证输液泵临床应用中启动延迟时间对输液精度的影响。方法以某国产品牌型号输液泵为试验载体,选用其指定品牌输液器,应用IDA4 PLUS输注设备检测仪依GB 9706.27-2005标准,就启动延迟对输液精度的影响进行测试,并将所得数据进行分析。结果设置不同流速下启动延迟均有影响输出流量精度的振幅出现。结论输液泵在临床应用中应重视启动延迟时间对即时敏感药物时效的影响,认真阅读、掌握、理解使用说明书所载明的内容,合理细化护理操作流程。Objective To verify the effect of the start-up delay time on the accuracy of the infusion in the clinical application of the infusion pump.Methods We took a domestic brand model infusion pump as the test carrier,selected its designated brand infusion set,and used the IDA4 PLUS infusion equipment tester in accordance with the GB 9706.27-2005 standard to test the effect of the start-up delay on the infusion accuracy,and the obtained data were analyzed.Results Setting the start-up delay at different flow rates has an amplitude that affects the accuracy of the output flow.Conclusion In the clinical application of infusion pumps,attention should be paid to the influence of the start-up delay time on the timeliness of immediate sensitive drugs,we should carefully read,master,and understand the contents of the instruction manual,and rationally refine the nursing operation process.
