摘　　要：在技术接受模型和期望确认模型的基础上建立了模型并提出了假设,结合问卷调查的数据结果并采用结构方程模型(SEM)方法,就高校图书馆信息服务用户感知有用性、感知易用性、期望确认、满意度对持续使用意愿的影响作用进行了分析,通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)进一步探析了多变量的组态条件对持续使用意愿的影响作用,结果显示,感知有用性、满意度显著正向影响用户持续使用意愿,且感知有用性是核心因素。On the basis of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and Expectation-Confirmation Model(ECM),this paper establishes a model for university library information service users’continuous usage intention,puts forward the hypothesis,and connecting with the questionnaire survey data and by using the structural equation model(SEM),analyzes the influencing effect of perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,expectation confirmation and satisfaction of university library information service users on continuous usage intention,and through fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),furthermore,probes into the influencing effect of multivariable configuration conditions on the continuous usage intention,the results of which show that the perceived usefulness and satisfaction have significant positive effects on users’continuous usage intention,and the perceived usefulness is the core factor.
