摘　　要：要将产业竞争情报理论融入产业技术预警系统的建设中,并通过构建产业动态跟踪、产业监测和产业预警子模块,以实现产业技术的预警。探讨了产业预警系统的工作流程,明确了各个模块的功能,并研究了系统在构建中可能遇到的数据挖掘、监测服务技术、风险识别与评价和产业技术甄选等4个关键问题,指出全面的监测预警可使产业提升自身核心竞争力,为产业全面发展战略提供支撑,并为管理部门提供决策参考。The theory of industrial competitive intelligence should be integrated into the construction of industrial technology early warning system,and the early warning of industrial technology will be realized by constructing sub-modules of industry dynamic tracking,industry monitoring and industry early warning submodule.This paper discusses the work flow of the industrial early warning system,makes clear the functions of each module,and studies four key problems that may be encountered in the construction of the system such as data mining,monitoring service technologies,risk identifica tion/evaluation and industrial technology selection,and points out that the comprehensive monitoring and early warning can improve the industry’s core competitiveness,providing support for the comprehensive development strategy of the in dustry and decision-making reference for the management department.
