摘　　要：目的:探究围手术期心理护理干预对整形美容患者心理、生理及满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月共94例在医院实施整形美容术的患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各47例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予术前、术中和术后的心理护理干预。观察护理干预后两组患者术后的生理状态、心理状态和手术效果满意情况。结果:观察组患者手术效果满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施围手术期心理护理干预后,观察组患者心理、生理、疼痛情况和手术效果满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受整形美容手术的患者进行围手术期心理护理干预,能有效改善患者心理状态,减轻患者术后主观疼痛,提升手术效果和患者满意度。Objective To observe the effect on mental state, physiology and satisfaction in patients with plastic surgery using psychological nursing intervention. Methods A total of 94 patients undergoing plastic surgery under local anesthesia were selected from the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 47 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention before, during and after the operation on the basis of the control group. Observe the postoperative physiological state, psychological state and satisfactory results of the operation of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing,the patients in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of psychological, physical, pain and surgical satisfaction(P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing plastic and cosmetic surgery can effectively improve the mental state of patients, reduce subjective pain after surgery, and improve surgical results and patient satisfaction.
