摘  要:目的:探讨LEARNS模式健康教育配合自信心训练在面部瘢痕修复患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2021年1月于笔者医院收治的106例面部瘢痕患者作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法将入选患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,两组患者均实施修复术后常规护理,对照组患者在此基础上给予常规健康教育进行干预,观察组患者给予LEARNS模式健康教育配合自信心训练进行干预,比较两组患者干预后的恢复指标、负性情绪、自卑水平、应对方式、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组恢复指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组负性情绪评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);干预后,两组自卑水平评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);干预后,两组应对方式评分均显著优化,其中面对评分显著提高,屈服和回避评分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组生活质量各区域评分及总分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05);干预期间,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用LEARNS模式健康教育配合自信心训练,可明显改善面部瘢痕修复患者的负性情绪和自卑心理,使患者更加积极地面对治疗,有效减少并发症的发生,进一步提高患者生活质量促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of LEARNS model health education combined with self-confidence training on patients with facial scar repair. Methods A total of 106 patients with facial scars who were admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. The selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 53 cases in each group by convenience sampling method. Both groups were treated with repair surgery. After routine care, patients in the control group were given regular health education for intervention,and patients in the observation group were given LEARNS model health education and self-confidence training for intervention.The recovery indicators, negative emotions, inferiority levels, and inferiority levels of the two groups after intervention were compared. Coping style, quality of life score and complication rate. Results After the intervention, the recovery index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the negative emotion scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05). After the intervention, the inferiority complex scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention, the coping style scores of the two groups were significantly optimized. Among them, the face score increased significantly, the yield and avoidance scores decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).
