摘  要:促进皮肤创面愈合、减少瘢痕形成是皮肤科及整形外科的治疗重心。近年来研究发现,外泌体(EXOs)作为细胞与细胞之间的通信工具参与了旁分泌作用,并被发现在多种病理生理过程及疾病进程中发挥着重要作用,逐渐成为肿瘤免疫领域及再生医学领域研究的热点。外泌体可促进创面修复,通过抑制早期炎症反应、促进血管生成和细胞增殖、调控胶原重塑来抑制瘢痕形成,为皮肤创面修复提供了一个全新的促愈合方法。外泌体在创面修复及抗瘢痕治疗中具有广阔的应用前景,有望为创伤修复及抗瘢痕治疗开拓新路径。It is always the focus of treatment in dermatology and plastic surgery, such as promoting skin wound healing and reducing scar formation. In recent years, it was found that exosomes(EXOs), as a communication tool between cells, participate in paracrine functions, and have been found to play an important role in a variety of pathophysiological processes and disease processes, and have gradually become the field of tumor immunity and research hotspots in the field of regenerative medicine.Exosomes can promote wound healing,inhibit scar formation by inhibiting early inflammation,promoting angiogenesis and cell proliferation, and regulating collagen remodeling, thereby providing a new method of promoting healing for skin wound.Exosomes have broad application prospects in wound healing and anti-scarring effects, and they are expected to open up innovative ways for wound healing and anti-scar treatment.
