摘　　要：近年来,激光技术的发展为口腔临床治疗提供了新方法,利用激光进行闭合瓣微创牙冠延长术应运而生,该术式得到了广大医生的关注和推广。与传统牙冠延长术相比,闭合瓣激光牙冠延长术具有出血少、舒适度高、操作简易、无需缝合、牙龈炎症反应较轻且愈合较快等优点,可获得较好的治疗效果且容易被患者接受,特别是为伴有全身系统性疾病患者在进行冠延长术时提供了更加安全有效的新方法。本文通过对闭合瓣激光牙冠延长术的发展、病例的选择、优点与不足及临床运用情况等方面进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供思路。In recent years, the development of laser technology has provided a new method for oral clinical treatment. The use of laser for flapless minimally invasive crown lengthening surgery has emerged as the times required. This technique has been attracted the attention and promotion of doctors. Compared with traditional crown lengthening surgery, flapless laser crown lengthening surgery has the advantages of less bleeding, more comfortable, easy to operate, no sutures, less gingival inflammation, and promote healing. It can obtain better therapeutic effects and easy to be accepted by patients, especially provided a safer and more effective new method for patients with systemic diseases who need crown lengthening surgery. This article reviews the development, case selection, advantages and weaknesses, and clinical application of flapless laser crown lengthening to provide ideas for clinical treatment, and put forward some suggestions and prospects on the application and prospects of the technique.
