闸调器检测试验台的结构设计和性能分析

摘  要:检修拆解组装后的液压夹钳闸调器质量缺少过程监控手段。结合铁路相关规定和闸调器作业具体要求,提出闸调器组件的多个测试指标参数,设计液压夹钳闸调器检测试验台。此试验台可自动完成称重试验、闸调器拉伸复位试验,工作连续,减少闸调器装夹次数,提高闸调器试验效率。只需将闸调器放入滑动台的闸调器安装孔、选择测试程序即可完成设定试验,使用快捷方便,准确性高,可提高动车组用液压夹钳产品质量的可靠性。In view of the lack of process monitoring means for the quality of hydraulic clamp brake regulator after maintenance,disassembly and assembly,multiple test index parameters of brake regulator components are proposed,and a hydraulic clamp brake regulator test bed is designed according to the relevant railway regulations and specific requirements for brake regulator operation,which can automatically complete the weight test and brake regulator tensile reset test,work continuously,reduce the clamping times of brake regulator and improve the test efficiency of gate regulator.Correct position of the brake regulator into the brake regulator mounting hole of the sliding table and selection of the test program can ensure the completion of the setting test with fast speed,high accuracy and more convenience,which can improve the reliability of the product quality of hydraulic clamps for EMUs.
