摘 要:以抗旱对照品种西峰20为供体亲本和抗旱丰产品种晋麦47为轮回亲本构建的ILs群体146个株系为供试材料,在正常灌溉(WW)和干旱胁迫(DS)2种水分处理下,对该群体茎秆中的可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)积累转运相关性状进行遗传分析,旨在为小麦的抗旱改良及高效栽培提供理论依据。结果表明,小麦ILs群体茎秆中的WSC代谢转运受基因型、发育阶段和水分环境以及各因子互作显著影响;群体内各株系表型变异广泛,变异系数为38.17%~66.48%,初花期、灌浆中期、成熟期的WSC含量和主茎WSC花前转运率及贡献率表型多样性指数较高,达1.46~2.03,且干旱胁迫条件下各目标性状的表型多样性指数均大于正常灌溉。小麦ILs群体初花期、灌浆中期、成熟期的WSC含量和主茎WSC花前转运率及贡献率间的相关系数表现为干旱胁迫(-0.62^(**)~0.70^(**))普遍高于正常灌溉(-0.76^(**)~0.59^(**))。通过表型聚类分析,该群体干旱胁迫和灌溉条件下WSC含量分别分为4类和5类。In this study,146 lines of Introgression lines(ILs)population were constructed with drought-resistant control cultivar Xifeng 20 as the donor parent and drought-resistant high-yield cultivar Jinmai 47 as the recurrent parent.Genetic analysis of water-soluble carbohydrates(WSC)accumulation and translocation related traits in wheat stem was conducted under normal irrigation(WW)and drought stress(DS)to provide theoretical basis for drought-resistant improvement and high-efficiency cultivation of wheat.The results showed that the WSC metabolic transport in the wheat stems ILs population was significantly influenced by genotype,developmental stage,water environment and interaction of various factors.The phenotypic variation of the ILs lines was extensive,and the coefficients of variation ranged from 38.17%to 66.48%.The phenotypic diversity indexes of WSC contents at the early flowering,grainfilling stages,mature stage and the WSC remobilization rate and contribution rate ranged from 1.46 to 2.03,and were higher under DS than WW.The correlation coefficients among the target traits in the ILs population showed generally higher levels under DS(-0.62^(**)-0.70^(**))than WW(-0.76^(**)-0.59^(**)).Phenotypic clustering analysis showed that the WSC content of the ILs population could be classified into four categories under DS and five categories under WW condition.
