摘  要:研究旨在明确251份欧洲20世纪育成的冬小麦代表性品种对中国条锈菌的抗性水平以及所含的抗病基因,为拓宽抗源的遗传基础、培育抗条锈病小麦新品种以及抗源的合理利用提供依据。利用甘肃天水地区良好的自然诱发条件,连续2 a对251份欧洲冬小麦品种进行田间成株期抗病性鉴定,并通过分子标记对4个已知的抗条锈病基因(Yr10、Yr15、Yr18、Yr26)进行检测,以确定所筛选的抗病材料是否携带已知的抗病基因。结果表明,通过田间成株期鉴定,发现抗病的材料有141份,其中表现为免疫的45份、高抗的72份、中抗的24份,表现为中感和高感的材料有110份。分子标记检测结果表明,携带Yr10、Yr15、Yr18基因的品种分别有146、28、27份,分别占供试小麦材料的58.17%、11.16%、10.76%,Yr26分子标记在试验材料中未检测到;89份材料未检测到携带上述已知抗条锈病基因,其中41份具条锈病抗性,推测可能含有其他已知或未知的抗病基因。研究初步明确了部分欧洲材料的抗性水平和抗条锈病基因特征,筛选出141份具有不同抗性水平的抗源材料,其中100份材料含已知的抗条锈病基因,其余41份可能含有新抗源。The purpose of this study was to determine the resistance level and resistance genes of 251 representative wheat varieties bred in Europe in the 20th century to Chinese stripe rust,and to provide basis for broadening the genetic basis of resistance sources,breeding new wheat varieties resistant to stripe rust and rational utilization of resistance sources.According to the favorable natural inducing conditions in Tianshui area of Gansu province,251 European varieties were identified for disease resistance at adult stage in the field for two years.Four known stripe rust resistance genes(Yr10,Yr15,Yr18 and Yr26)were detected by molecular markers to determine whether the selected resistant materials carried known resistance genes.The result showed that 141 materials were resistant to disease,among which 45 were immune,72 were highly resistant,24 were moderately resistant,and 110 were moderately susceptible or highly susceptible.The result of molecular marker detection showed that 146,28 and 27 cultivars carried Yr10,Yr15 and Yr18 genes,respectively,accounting for 58.17%,11.16%and 10.76%of the tested wheat materials,respectively,the gene of Yr26 was not been found.89 materials were not detected to carry the above known rust resistance genes,and 41 of them were resistant to stripe rust,presumably containing other known or unknown resistance genes.This study preliminary defined the resistance level and gene characteristics of stripe rust resistance of some European materials,and found 141 test materials with different disease resistant levels,of which 100 detected known disease resistance genes and 41 may contain new resistance sources.
