摘 要:为构建高丹草遗传连锁图谱,对其产量相关的6个重要农艺性状进行QTL定位。以母本Tx623A和父本Sa的杂交种RIL为遗传作图群体,利用从1050个SSR标记中筛选出的在亲本间具有多态性的138个SSR标记,应用Joinmap 4.0构建高丹草RIL群体的遗传连锁图谱;应用QTL IciMapping 4.0对该群体的株高、茎粗、穗长、分蘖数、单株鲜质量和单株干质量等农艺性状进行QTL定位。结果表明,构建的遗传连锁图谱共包含10个连锁群,总长度为1606.7 cM,标记间平均距离为11.6 cM;6个性状均呈正态分布,适合进行QTL定位分析;共定位了60个QTL位点,控制株高的4个QTL,对表型的贡献率为24.75%~33.59%,控制穗长的27个QTL,对表型的贡献率为14.05%~68.58%,控制分蘖数的1个QTL,对表型的贡献率为30.39%,控制单株鲜质量的13个QTL,对表型的贡献率为17.69%~36.40%,控制单株干质量的15个QTL,对表型的贡献率为20.32%~30.48%。这些与产量农艺性状相关的QTL有助于高丹草产量分子标记辅助育种。For constructing the genetic linkage map of sorghum-sudangrass and QTL mapping for six important traits with yield,"Tx623×Sa"RILs were used as a mapping population and 138 SSR markers were screened to construct the genetic linkage map though Joinmap 4.0.The QTLs of six agronomic traits,including plant height,stem diameter,ear length,tiller number,fresh weight per plant and dry weight per plant,were identified by QTL IciMapping 4.0 in the RIL population.The results showed that there were ten linkage groups,the total length of the linkage map was 1606.7 cM,and the average distance of marker was 11.6 cM.6 personality traits were normally distributed,which was suitable for QTL mapping analysis.A total of 60 QTLs were identified.The phenotypic variance explained(PVE)of 4 QTLs for plant height,27 QTLs for ear length,1 QTL for tiller number,13 QTLs for fresh weight per plant,and 15 QTLs for dry weight per plant was 24.75%-33.59%,14.05%-68.58%,30.39%,17.69%-36.40%,and 20.32%-30.48%,respectively.These QTLs for yield traits will beneficial for molecular assisted breeding of sorghum-sudangrass.
