摘  要:为明确长距离曲线顶管隧道施工时顶推力的变化规律,提出合理的顶推力计算公式,采用现场实测方法,对长距离顶管隧道顶推力进行测试。同时分别在普氏压力拱理论与土柱理论下推导顶管隧道管土接触土压力与侧摩阻力公式,对比上述土压力理论后得出适用于本实际工况的侧摩阻力公式,并应用于长距离曲线顶管隧道模型计算。分析结果表明:当管缝张开角位于0.25°以下时,顶推力变化可忽略不计;当曲率小于0.01时,顶推力变化趋势不明显,计算顶推力时可近似看作直线顶进。顶推力随曲率变化趋势表现为初期上升变化缓慢后期增长速率加快。本文预测顶推力随顶进距离近似表现为线性关系,预测顶力与实测数据拟合较好,拟合优度R^(2)=0.85,能较好地预测顶力变化。In order to make clear the variation rule of thrust force during the construction of long curved pipe jacking tunnel,a reasonable calculation formula of thrust force was put forward.This paper adopted the field measurement method to test the thrust force in the long pipe jacking tunnel.At the same time,based on the Pratt's pressure arch theory and the soil column theory,the formulas of soil contact pressure and lateral friction resistance of pipe jacking tunnel were derived respectively.After comparing the above soil pressure theory,the lateral friction formula suitable for the actual working conditions was obtained,and it was applied to the calculation of long-distance curved pipe jacking tunnel model.The results show that the jacking force changes can be ignored when the slit Angle is below 0.25°.When the curvature is less than 0.01,the change trend of jacking thrust is not obvious,and the calculation of jacking thrust can be approximately regarded as linear jacking.The change trend of jacking force with curvature shows that the rise change is slow in the initial stage,and the growth rate is accelerated in the later stage.In this paper,the predicted jacking force approximates a linear relationship with the jacking distance.The predicted jacking force fits well with the measured data,and the goodness of fit R^(2)=0.85,which can better predict the variation of jacking force.
