探讨针灸治疗骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者的临床价值。方法挑选我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的120例骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者为评价对象,以患者入院的先后顺序进行分组,分成A组、B组,每组人数各60例。B组施行常规方法治疗,A组在B组之上施行针灸方案治疗,予以比较两组的临床效果、不良反应、视觉模拟评分VAS、骨密度、血清指标、功能障碍评分ODI、治疗满意度以及生活质量各维度评分。结果A组的治疗总有效率与B组比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。A组的不良反应发生率与B组对比有明显差异性,P<0.05。组间治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分VAS、骨密度水平比较,均无显著的差异性,P>0.05;组间治疗后,两组VAS评分和骨密度水平比较,均存在统计学的意义,P<0.05。A组的治疗满意度与B组比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。组间治疗前,两组血清指标、ODI评分、生活质量各维度评分比较,均无显著的差异性,P>0.05;组间治疗后,两组血清指标、ODI评分以及生活质量各维度评分比较,均存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者接受针灸方法治疗,确保患者的治疗效果及安全性的同时,可以减轻患者的疼痛症状,改善患者的骨密度水平,故而建议在骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗中应用、推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of acupuncture in treating patients with osteoporosis lumbar compression fracture.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fracture in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as evaluation objects.They were divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission,with 60 patients in each group.Group b received routine treatment,while group a received acupuncture treatment on top of group b.the clinical effects,adverse reactions,visual analogue scale VAS,bone mineral density,serum indicators,dysfunction scale ODI,treatment satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly different from that in group B(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS and BMD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and BMD level of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of group A was statistically significant compared with that of group B(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum index,ODI score and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in serum indexes,ODI scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with osteoporosis lumbar compression fracture receive acupuncture treatment,ensure the treatment effect and safety of patients,can reduce the pain symptoms of patients,improve the level of bone density of patients,so it is recommended to treat patients with osteoporosis lumbar compression fracture application and promotion.
