慢性心力衰竭患者心脏超声诊断参数价值

摘　　要：目的分析心脏超声参数对慢性心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法选择2020年7月至2021年7月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者共40例,设其为研究组;选择同期进行体检的健康者共40名,设其为对照组。全部给予心脏超声检查,组间对比左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径。将研究组患者按照心功能分级分为Ⅳ级组(20例)、Ⅲ级组(10例)、Ⅱ级组(5例)、Ⅰ级组(5例),组内对比不同心功能分级患者的心脏超声检查结果。结果研究组的左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径与对照组有明显不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅳ级组的左室射血分数低于Ⅲ级组,Ⅲ级组低于Ⅱ级组,Ⅱ级组低于Ⅰ级组;Ⅳ级组的左室舒张末期内径大于Ⅲ级组,Ⅲ级组大于Ⅱ级组,Ⅱ级组大于Ⅰ级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径等心脏超声检查参数,临床可准确诊断慢性心力衰竭并鉴别患者的心功能分级。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of cardiac ultrasound parameters in chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic heart failure from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study group.A total of 40 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.All patients were examined by echocardiography.The left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were compared between the groups.The patients in the study group were divided into gradeⅣgroup(20 cases),gradeⅢgroup(10 cases),gradeⅡgroup(5 cases)and gradeⅠgroup(5 cases)according to the cardiac function grade.The cardiac ultrasound results of patients with different concentric functional grades were compared within the group.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in gradeⅣgroup was lower than that in gradeⅢgroup,gradeⅢgroup was lower than that in gradeⅡgroup,and gradeⅡgroup was lower than that in grade I group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter in gradeⅣgroup was greater than that in gradeⅢgroup,gradeⅢgroup was greater than that in gradeⅡgroup,and gradeⅡgroup was greater than that in gradeⅠgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiographic parameters such as left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter can accurately diagnose chronic heart failure and distinguish the classification of cardiac function.
