多次机采血小板献血者的血常规动态观察

摘　　要：目的观察多次进行机采血小板后献血者血常规参数发生的动态变化。方法选择2020年1—12月在三明市中心血站多次献血的100名献血者,设其为研究组;选择同期在三明市中心血站首次献血的100名献血者,设其为对照组。在每次机采血小板后给予血常规检查,对比两组献血者献血后的血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、红细胞计数以及研究组献血者首次和末次献血后的血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、白细胞计数。结果研究组和对照组献血后的血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、白细胞计数相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组献血者首次和末次献血后的血小板计数、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、白细胞计数均未发生明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多次机采血小板并不会给献血者的血常规参数动态变化带来明显的影响。Objective To observe the dynamic changes of blood routine parameters of blood donors after multiple mechanical platelet collection.Methods A total of 100 blood donors who donated blood many times in our unit from January to December 2020 were selected as the study group,100 blood donors who donated blood for the first time in the same period were selected as the control group.Blood routine examination was given after each mechanical platelet collection.The platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin and erythrocyte count of blood donors in the two groups were compared,as well as the platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin,erythrocyte count and leukocyte count of blood donors in the study group after the first and last blood donation.Results The platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin,erythrocyte count and leukocyte count of the study group and the control group were similar,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant changes in platelet count,hematocrit,hemoglobin,erythrocyte count and leukocyte count in the study group after the first and last blood donation(P>0.05).Conclusion Multiple mechanical platelet collection will not have a significant impact on the dynamic changes of blood routine parameters of blood donors.
