基于格林模式的护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性、自知力、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的评价精神分裂症患者应用基于格林模式的护理干预对服药依从性、自知力、生活质量的影响。方法将我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的62例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各31例,对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组给予基于格林模式的护理干预,比较两组患者干预前、干预3个月后的依从性、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)评分、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSFPI)评分的差异。结果研究组干预3个月后研究组依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的ITAQ评分、SSFPI各维度评分(社会性活动技能、动性和交往情况、日常生活能力评分)比较无差异(P>0.05);干预3个月后,两组患者ITAQ评分、SSFPI各维度评分均有所升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于格林模式的护理干预可提高精神分裂症患者的服药依从性、自知力及生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention based on Precede-procced model in patients with schizophrenia on medication compliance,insight and quality of life.Methods Sixty-two patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a comparison group and a study group with 31 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the study group was given nursing intervention based on Precede-procced model.Differences in compliance,insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)scores,and social function rating scale(SSFPI)scores for inpatient psychiatric patients before intervention and 3 months after intervention.Results The compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the ITAQ scores and SSFPI scores(social activity skills,mobility and interaction status,and daily living ability scores)between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention for 3 months,the ITAQ scores,the scores of all dimensions of SSFPI increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on precede-procced model can improve medication compliance,insight and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
