基于“一病一品”护理模式在提高鼻咽癌患者张口功能锻炼依从性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"一病一品"护理模式在鼻咽癌患者张口功能锻炼上的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—12月在我科住院的鼻咽癌患者154例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各77例。观察组实施一病一品护理模式,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组患者放疗中张口功能锻炼的依从性、张口功能锻炼的准确性及放疗结束后张口困难程度的发生率。结果观察组在放疗14次后张口功能锻炼的依从性高于对照组,张口功能锻炼的准确性高于对照组(P<0.05);而在放疗结束后两组患者张口困难程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实施"一病一品"护理模式可提高患者张口功能锻炼的依从性,减轻患者放疗后门齿间距缩小的程度,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of"one disease,one product"nursing mode on opening mouth function exercise in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods A total of 154 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma hospitalized in our department from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,77 cases in each group.The observation group was given one-disease one-product nursing mode,while the control group was given routine nursing mode.The compliance,accuracy and incidence of mouth opening difficulty after radiotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 14 times of radiotherapy,the accuracy of oral function exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the oral difficulty course between the two groups after radiotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"one disease,one product"nursing mode can improve the compliance of patients with oral functional exercise,reduce the degree of incisors spacing narrowing after radiotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
