摘  要:采用实测法获得了适用于热解半焦的单方程热解动力学参数:E=230 kJ/mol,k_(0)=4×10^(11)s^(-1),并建立了携带流条件下热解半焦颗粒的瞬态着火模型,研究了氧体积分数和环境温度对热解半焦颗粒着火特性的影响.结果表明:提高氧体积分数和环境温度可使热解半焦的着火提前;随氧体积分数增加,着火模式由均相着火向联合着火模式转变;在环境温度为1600~1800K范围内,5%~15%氧体积分数下为均相着火模式,20%~30%氧体积分数下为联合着火模式;同一氧体积分数下,环境温度由1600K增加到1800K时不改变着火模式.The single equation kinetic parameters suitable for pyrolytic semi-coke were obtained by the measured method,i.e.,E=230 kJ/mol and k_(0)=4×10^(11) s^(-1).The transient ignition model of pyrolytic semi-coke particles was established under the condition of entrained flow.The effects of oxygen volume fraction and ambient temperature on the ignition characteristics of pyrolytic semi-coke particles were studied.The results show that the ignition of pyrolytic semi-coke can be advanced by increasing the oxygen volume fraction and ambient temperature.With the increase of oxygen volume fraction,the ignition mode changes from homogeneous to combined.In the range of ambient temperature from 1600K to 1800K,the homogeneous ignition mode is observed at 5%—15%oxygen volume fraction,and the combined ignition mode is observed at 20%—30%oxygen volume fraction.Under the same oxygen volume fraction,the ignition mode does not change when the ambient temperature increases from 1600K to 1800K.
