摘 要:采用数值模拟研究了热解半焦、气化残炭和烟煤在旋风炉中的混燃特性和NO_(x)生成规律.模拟结果表明:降低旋风筒过量空气系数会抑制NO_(x)生成但也会降低燃烧效率,并在降低至0.8时效果减弱;由于旋风炉中热力型NO_(x)生成量较多,削弱了混合燃料间燃料氮转化的交互影响,混合燃料的NO_(x)生成规律基本满足线性叠加;三元掺混时混合燃料的NO_(x)生成特性基本随热解半焦质量占比增加呈线性变化.本文研究工作可为实现烟煤与热解半焦、气化残炭在旋风炉中的高效清洁混燃提供理论指导.The co-combustion characteristics and NO_(x)generation mechanisms of pyrolyzed semi-coke,gasification residual carbon and bituminous coal blends in a cyclone furnace were studied by numerical simulation in this paper.The simulation results showed that reducing the stoichiometric ratio of cyclone tube could suppress the generation of NO_(x)but it would reduce the combustion efficiency.When the stoichiometric ratio of cyclone tube was reduced to 0.8,the effect of suppression could be weakened.The interactions of fuel nitrogen conversion be-tween the blended fuels could be weakened due to the large production of thermal-NO_(x)in the cyclone furnace.The NO_(x)generation mechanisms of blended fuel are basically consistent with linear calculation results.When the bitu-minous coal was blended with semi-cokes,the NO_(x)generation of blends basically varied linearly with the increase of pyrolyzed semi-coke proportion.The simulation results could provide theoretical guidance for realization of effi-cient and clean utilization of the co-combustion of bituminous coal,pyrolyzed semi-coke and gasification residual carbon in the cyclone furnace.
