摘 要:研究了在竖直贴壁、平行幕墙和凹型槽3种受限结构下保温材料EPS垂直向下火蔓延传播特性规律.分析了火焰结构、火焰高度、质量损失速率、火焰温度、火蔓延速度等特性参数的变化规律.实验结果发现:在竖直贴壁情况下,火焰燃烧以液体聚集池火区为主;平行幕墙情况下,以黏性液体墙火区和液体聚集池火区共同作用形成贴壁燃烧;而对于凹型槽,黏性液体墙火区和液体聚集池火区共同燃烧形成偏移式的火焰.火焰高度、质量损失速率、火焰温度以及火蔓延速度等参数变化基本上遵循如下的规律特点:平行幕墙>凹型槽>竖直贴壁.由于平行幕墙和凹型槽对于空气卷吸以及热量传递的影响,使得在蔓延的后期出现了火焰变长拉伸的现象.利用火焰上下压力差分析模型,结合火焰高度模型,能够很好地解释火焰拉伸的形成机制.The vertical downward flame spread characteristics of thermal insulation material EPS under three constrained structures including vertical wall attachment,parallel curtain wall and concave groove were studied,respectively.The variation rules of characteristic parameters such as flame structure,flame height,mass loss rate,flame temperature and flame spread speed were analyzed.Experimental results show that in the case of vertical wall attachment,the flame combustion was dominated by the liquid accumulation pool fire area;in the case of parallel curtain wall,the viscous liquid wall fire zone and liquid accumulation pool fire zone worked together to form adherent combustion;for concave groove,the viscous liquid wall fire zone and liquid accumulation pool fire zone jointly burned to form offset flame.The values of parameters including flame height,mass loss rate,flame temperature,and flame spread speed in the cases of parallel curtain wall,concave groove and vertical wall attachment are basically in decreasing order.Due to the limitation of air entrapment and heat transfer by the parallel curtain wall and the concave groove,the flame length is stretched at the later stage of spread.An analysis model of pressure difference between upper and lower flame is established,which can well explain the formation mechanism of flame stretch with the combination of the flame height model.
