摘  要:目的利用原子荧光光谱法分别同时测定野山参、移山参、红参、生晒参及西洋参中汞和砷的含量。方法采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,应用双道原子荧光光度计对野山参、移山参、红参、生晒参及西洋参同时测定汞和砷的含量。结果汞砷同测方法对不同种类参类的定量测定的结果稳定、适用性良好。Objective The contents of mercury and arsenic in wild ginseng,transplanted ginseng,red ginseng,dried ginseng and american ginseng were determined simultaneously by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.Method The samples were digested by microwave,and the contents of mercury and arsenic in wild ginseng,transplanted ginseng,red ginseng,dried ginseng and american ginseng were determined simultaneously by two-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Results The method that simultaneous determination of mercury and arsenic is stable and suitable for the quantitative determination of mercury and arsenic in different kinds of Ginseng.
