摘 要:目的分析本溪市南芬区林下山参群落草本层种间关系及生态位的关系,为林下山参的资源利用和保护及种植基地选址提供参考。方法采用样方调查法分析草本层优势种的种间关系和生态位。结果该群落共有维管束植物40科68属79种,群落草本层优势种总体呈现不显著正联结(VR=1.16,W=34.8021),所组成的435个种对Fisher精确检验的正负关联比为0.91,秩相关的正负,相关比为0.65。将30个优势种划分为4个生态种组。林下山参生态位宽度最大为9.26,重要值为6.71,与林下山参生态位重叠值最大的是蓝萼毛叶香茶菜,其与林下山参具有相似的环境,两者为负联结且生态位重叠高,说明二者在资源利用上存在潜在的竞争。结论该林下山参群落物种多:样性高,种间呈现不显著正联结,正处于不稳定的演替状态。林下山参与其在同一生态种组的透骨草、异叶轮草、轮叶沙参、穿龙薯蓣、鸡腿堇菜等植物有着相似生态学特性和利用资源的方式,并有相互重叠的生态位,会在资源短缺时产生竞争。在种植时补种林下山参并适度去除这些植物。这些植物可作为林下山参适生环境的参考。Objective To analyze the relationship between species and niche in the herbaceous layer of Panax ginseng cultivated under forest(short for LXSS) in Nanfen District of Benxi City, so as to provide reference for resource utilization and protection of LXSS resources and site selection of planting base.Methods Sampling method was used to analyze the interspecific relationship and niche of dominant species in herbaceous layer. Results There were 79 species of vascular plants belonging to 68 genera and 40 families in the community.The dominant species of herbaceous layer showed no significant positive association(VR=1.16, w=34.8021).The positive and negative connection ratio of 435 species to Fisher’s exact test was 0.91, and the rank correlation ratio of that was 0.65. The 30 dominant species were divided into 4 ecological species groups. The maximum niche breadth and the important value of LXSS were 9.26 and 6.71, respectively. The one with the maximum niche overlap value with LXSS was Isodon?japonicus var. glaucocalyx, which lived in the similar environment.The two species were negatively correlated,and the niche of them was highly overlapped,indicating that there was potential competition in resource utilization between them. Conclusions the species diversity of the community was abundant,the interspecific association was not significant, and the succession state was unstable.Phryma leptostachya subsp.asiatica,Galium maximoviczii, Adenophora tetraphylla, Dioscorea nipponica and Viola acuminata were in the same ecological species groups with LXSS,The ecological characteristics and resource utilization pattern of them were similar,the niche of them was overlapped,and competition among them would produce when resources were short.They should be removed moderately when LXSS was planted,These plants could be used as reference for the suitable environment of LXSS.
