摘 要:我国常见引进猪品种在繁殖和生长性能上有着较明显的优势,而本地品种在肉质风味上占有优势。如何在不失肉质口感的前提下,将外来品种繁殖和生长方面的优点整合到我国本地品种上,而常规的育种方法改变国内品种比较缓慢,随着分子标记技术的出现,与常规育种相结合,加速了育种进程,对提高养殖经济效益有着深远的意义。文章主要对分子标记技术及其优缺点和应用进行阐述及分析。The common introduced pig breeds in China have obvious advantages in reproduction and growth performance,while the local breeds have advantages in meat quality and flavor.How to integrate the advantages of breeding and growth of foreign varieties into our local varieties without losing meat quality and taste,while the conventional breeding methods change domestic varieties slowly.With the emergence of molecular marker technology and conventional breeding,the breeding process is accelerated,which has far-reaching significance to improve the economic benefits of breeding.In this paper,molecular marker technology and its advantages,disadvantages and applications are described and analyzed.
