愉快因子回输式护理对早期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的研究愉快因子回输式护理对早期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法选取2018年3月-2021年3月在我院诊治的80例早期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予愉快因子回输式护理干预,比较两组精神病症状评分(BPRS)、焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、生活质量评分。结果干预后,两组精神病症状评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组心理生活评分、精力评分、精神表现评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论愉快因子回输式护理可降低早期精神分裂症患者精神病症状评分,减轻临床症状,改善焦虑、抑郁症状,改善患者生活质量水平,具有积极的影响作用,值得临床应用。Objective To study the effect of happy factor transfusion nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with early schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with early schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given happy factor return nursing.The psychiatric symptom score(BPRS),anxiety(SAS)score,depression(SDS)score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of psychiatric symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological life,energy and mental performance in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,thedifferences were statistically significant(<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological life,energy and mental performance in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion Happy factor return nursing can reduce the psychiatric symptom score of patients with early schizophrenia,reduce clinical symptoms,improve anxiety and depression symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has a positive effect and is worthy of clinical application.
