摘　　要：由传统经济向共享经济的变迁归根结底是生产力发展的结果。共享经济是根植于信息化社会生产力的新型经济发展模式。信息化社会生产力引发了各经济行为人的相互关系和利益分配的变化及生产组织的变革,从而使以共享平台为核心、高效协同的价值共创体系建设在技术上成为可能。共享经济作为一种新经济模式,也是由生产、分配、交换、消费四环节循环往复运动构成的经济体系。与传统经济相比,共享经济的生产过程、分配模式、交换方式和消费观念已发生深刻转变。在生产环节,共享经济以大规模协同生产为生产组织方式;在分配环节,共享经济采取分成制的分配模式;在交换环节,共享经济以两权分离基础上的使用权流转为特色;在消费环节,共享经济消费观契合并发展了马克思主义三层次消费观。社会生产四环节相互作用、界限趋于模糊,使共享经济成为一个动态、完整、高效协同的价值共创体系。Fundamentally speaking,the transition from traditional economy to sharing economy is the result of the development of productive forces.Sharing economy is a new economic development model rooted in the informationized social productivity.The informationized social productivity has triggered changes in people’s relationship and distribution of benefits,as well as changes in production organizations.It makes the birth of an efficient value co-creation system with sharing platform as the core possible in technology.As a new economic model,the sharing economy is also an economic system composed of cycles of production,distribution,exchange,and consumption.Compared with the traditional economy,the production process,distribution mode,exchange method and consumption concept of the sharing economy have undergone profound changes.In the production process,the sharing economy adopts the large-scale collaborative production model;In the distribution process,the share-based distribution form is adopted;In the exchange process,the sharing economy is characterized by the transfer of usage rights based on the separation of the usage rights and ownership;In the consumption process,the consumption view of sharing economy has merged and developed the three-level Marxist consumption concept.The interaction of the four links of social production and the blurring of boundaries make the sharing economy a dynamic,complete,and highly efficient collaborative value co-creation system.
