摘  要:设计了基于TDC-GP22时间数字转换器及STM32G071KBT6型微控制器的高精度三维超声波测风系统,完成了超声波换能器激发和回波信号调理、多路信号切换、电源转换、TDC-GP22接口、通信接口等硬件电路设计,并在此基础上开发了测风系统的软件。搭建了传感器测试的小型风洞,标定和测试实验结果表明,该三维超声波风速仪克服了机械式测风装置存在磨损、寿命短、有启动风速的缺陷,具有较高的风速风向测量精度,风速绝对误差小于±0.2 m/s,风向误差小于±2°,达到同类产品水平,可以满足工程应用。This paper designs a high precision three-dimensional ultrasonic wind measuring system based on TDC-GP22 time digital converter and STM32G071KBT6 microcontroller.The hardware circuit design of ultrasonic transducer excitation and echo signal conditioning,multi-channel signal switching,power supply conversion,TDC-GP22 interface,communication interface and so on is completed.On this basis,the software of wind measuring system is developed.A small wind tunnel for the sensor test is set up,calibration and testing of the experimental results show that:the three dimensional ultrasonic anemometer overcomes the existing in mechanical wind abrasion,short service life,there are start-up wind speed.It has high wind speed and direction measurement accuracy,the absolute error of wind speed is less than±0.2 m/s,and the error of wind direction is less than±2°,reaching the level of similar products and meeting engineering applications.
