摘 要:液压锁是舱门收放系统的主要部件,是控制舱门开启、关闭的液压执行元件,文中针对液压锁油液微量泄漏故障,采用质量工具,分析问题,确定根本原因,验证实施。分析出故障原因是由飞机舱门控制系统液压执行元件双向液压锁中胶圈密封性能降低而造成。确定密封件分模面质量问题是油液微量泄漏的直接原因,通过工艺改进可有效降低油液微量泄漏发生的频率。文中分析故障的方法,同样可借鉴于其他零部件故障分析。The hydraulic lock is the main component of the door retractable system,and is the hydraulic actuator that controls the opening and closing of the door.This paper uses quality tools to analyze the problem,determine the root cause,and verify the implementation for the minor leakage of hydraulic lock oil.It is analyzed that the cause of the failure is caused by the deterioration of the sealing performance of the rubber ring in the two-way hydraulic lock of the hydraulic actuator of the aircraft door control system.It is determined that the quality of the parting surface of the seal is the direct cause of oil micro-leakage,and the frequency of oil micro-leakage can be effectively reduced through process improvement.The method of analyzing failures in this article can be used for reference in the failure analysis of other parts.
