摘 要:云南某氧化铅银矿原矿矿石含Pb0.72%、Ag227.17g/t。经矿石性质分析可知,矿石中的铅主要以白铅矿形态赋存,银主要以自然银形态赋存,自然银整体嵌布粒度微细,部分自然银呈包裹态赋存于方解石中,不利于浮选回收。结合工艺矿物学分析及银浮选探索试验的结果,确定了浮选回收白铅矿-浮选尾矿氰化浸出回收自然银的选冶联合工艺。该工艺不仅可产出铅精矿,还大幅降低了处理成本,提高了银资源的综合利用率。推荐工艺产出铅精矿及银浸出液,其中铅精矿中铅回收率为63.01%,银回收率为21.64%;银浸出液中银回收率为62.78%,银总回收率为84.42%。The raw ore of a lead silver oxide mine in Yunnan contains 0.72%Pb and 227.17 g/t Ag.According tothe analysis of ore properties,the lead in the ore mainly exists in the form of white lead ore,and the silver mainlyexisls in the form of natural silver.The overall embedded particle size of natural silver is fine,and some natural silverexists in calcite in wrapped state,which is not condueive to flotation recovery.Combined with the results of processmineralogical analysis and silver flotation exploration test,the combined beneficiation and metallurgy process offlotation recovery of white lead ore and cyanide leaching of flotation tailings to recover natural silver wasdetermined.This process can not only produce lead concentrate,but also greatly reduce the trealment cost andimprove the comprehensive utilization rate of silver resources.The recommended process produces lead concentrateand silver leaching solution,in which the recovery rate of lead in lead concentrate is 63.01%,The recovery rale ofsilver is 21.64%,the recovery rate of silver in silver leaching solution is 62.78%o,and the total recovery ralte of silveris 84.42%.
