华中某工程机械厂生产废水处理工程案例

摘　　要：介绍了华中某工程机械厂生产废水处理工程实例,包括项目概况、水质水量、工艺路线、自动控制、主要设备材质、管道阀门选择等。针对脱脂废水、硅烷废水和电泳喷漆废水,采用分质物化预处理+生化处理工艺,最终达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)三级标准,排市政管网。工程的实施为今后同类工程实施具有借鉴参考意义。An example of a production wastewater trealment project in an engineering machinery factory inCentralChina is introduced,including project overview,waler quality and quantity,process route,automatic control,materialof main equipment,pipeline valve selection,etc.Degreasing waste water,si lane wasle water and electrophoresis spraypaint waste water were treated by physical and chemical pretreatment+biochemical treatment process,and finallyreaches the third grade standard"Integralted Wastewalter Discharge Standard"(CB8978-1996).The implementationof the project has reference significance for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
