摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是以月经紊乱、多毛、肥胖、不孕等为临床表现,并伴有高雄激素、高胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗(IR)等症状在内的生殖内分泌代谢疾病。性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)是一种来源于肝脏的结合性激素的糖蛋白,其血清SHBG水平可预测患PCOS的风险,并参与到PCOS表型特征的发展,且能判定PCOS的治疗效果,因此在PCOS的发生发展及治疗中起着重要作用。本文对国内外SHBG与PCOS的研究进行总结,为PCOS的临床诊疗提供参考。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a reproductive endocrine metabolic disease characterized by menstrual disorder, hairiness, obesity, infertility and acanthosis nigricans, accompanied by high androgen, high insulin and insulin resistance(IR). Sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG) is a glycoprotein derived from the liver that binds to sex hormones. Serum SHBG level can predict the risk of PCOS,participate in the development of phenotypic characteristics of PCOS,and determine the therapeutic effect of PCOS. SHBG plays an important role in the occurrence, development and treatment of PCOS. This paper summarizes the research on SHBG and PCOS at home and abroad, so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
