摘　　要：目的本研究对300例精液不液化患者进行问卷调查,分析其中医体质类型分布规律。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月云南省中医医院男科/生殖医学科诊治的300例精液不液化患者作为研究对象。运用整群抽样法探索其体质分布规律。结果所调查患者中,最常见的中医体质类型依次为平和质(59.33%)、湿热质(32.33%)、阴虚质(24.67%)、血瘀质(23.67%),且与民族、精索静脉曲张及前列腺炎患病情况相关。结论精液不液化患者最多的体质是平和质,在偏颇体质中湿热质、阴虚质、血瘀质最为常见,同时受民族、精索静脉曲张及前列腺炎患病情况等因素影响。Objective To investigate the distribution of TCM constitution of 300 patients with non-liquefied semen by a questionnaire survey. Methods Patients with non-liquefaction semen who were admitted to the Department of Andrology/Reproductive of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected, and cluster sampling method was adopted to explore the constitution distribution. Results There were differences in the distribution of TCM constitution types in 300 patients. The common constitution types were placid quality(59.33%),damp heat quality(32.33%),Yin deficiency quality(24.67%) and blood stasis quality(23.67%),which were related to nationality, varicoceles and prostatitis.Conclusions The most common constitution of patients with non-liquefaction of semen is placid quality, Yin deficiency quality and blood stasis quality are the most common constitutions among the biased constitutions, which are also affected by the factors of nationality, varicocele and prostatitis.
