摘　　要：有毒中药因其独特的临床疗效,已成为中药抗肿瘤领域的研究热点,但临床毒性不可忽视。因此,明确有毒中药抗肿瘤的有效成分及其作用机制,对有毒中药的科学应用和基于有毒中药的新药开发具有积极意义。凋亡在肿瘤的发生和发展中具有重要意义,研究表明有毒中药发挥临床效、毒与其有效成分诱导细胞凋亡的能力密切相关,凋亡相关通路为有毒中药抗肿瘤研究提供了重要的角度。Toxic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has become one of the research hotspots in the application of TCM in cancer treatment due to its unique clinical efficacy even if its clinical toxicity cannot be ignored.Therefore,clarifying the anti-tumor active ingredients of toxic TCM and their mechanism of action has a positive meaning on their scientific application and development of new drugs based on them.Apoptosis is of great significance in the occurrence and development of tumors.Studies have shown that the effect and toxicityof toxic TCM are closely related to the ability of its active ingredients to induce cell apoptosis.As a consequence,apoptosis-related pathways provide an important perspective for research of toxic TCM in cancer therapy.
