摘　　要：羊膜带综合征(amniotic band syndrome,ABS)是一种比较少见的先天性疾病,其预后主要取决于受累器官的严重程度,该疾病的诊断主要依赖于产前超声,但随着磁共振快速成像技术的发展,胎儿磁共振已经成为产前影像诊断中重要手段之一,现报道经超声及引产证实的胎儿羊膜带综合征一例,总结其MRI表现,提高对该病的认识及磁共振的产前诊断水平。Amniotic band syndrome(ABS)is a rare congenital disease,its prognosis mainly depends on the severity of the affected organs,the diagnosis of the disease mainly depends on prenatal ultrasound,but with the development of rapid magnetic resonance imaging technology,fetal MRI has become one of the important means of prenatal imaging diagnosis.This paper reports a case of fetal amniotic band syndrome confirmed by ultrasound and induced labor,and summarizes its MRI features Objective to improve the understanding of the disease and the prenatal diagnosis level of MRI.
