摘  要:对某高层建筑隔震层进行竖向承载力、偏心率、抗风承载力和抗倾覆验算,验算表明隔震层的布置符合相关规范要求,可供工程设计人员参考借鉴。时程分析表明,高层建筑应用隔震技术后,减震系数小于0.4,隔震效果明显,上部可按照降低一度设计。The vertical bearing capacity,eccentricity,wind bearing capacity and overturning resistance of the seismic isolation layer of a high-rise building were checked.The calculations showed that the layout of the seismic isolation layer met the requirements of relevant codes,which could be used as reference for engineering designers.Time history analysis showed that after applying seismic isolation technology to high-rise buildings,the damping coefficient was less than 0.4,and the isolation effect was obvious,and the upper part could be designed to be reduced by one degree.
