方形辐流式沉淀池锥形池底二次结构施工技术探析

摘  要:沉淀池是运用沉淀作用去除废水中悬浮物的一种构筑物。文中探讨的辐流式沉淀池的池底坡度接近1∶10,对池底二次结构的成型坡度及弧度要求较高。为保证施工质量,施工方不仅要解决池底混凝土温度裂缝问题,同时必须控制锥形池底在方形池体中测量放线定位的精度,还需在池底混凝土浇筑时确保锥面横向的弧度、径向的坡度及平整度。结合福建华佳彩高新科技面板建设一期项目7#废水栋沉淀池的施工过程,探讨了辐流式沉淀池的工作原理以及锥形池底二次结构施工的控制要点。Sedimentation tank is a kind of structure to remove suspended solids in wastewater by sedimentation.The bottom slope of the radial flow sedimentation tank described in this paper is close to 1∶10.The requirements for the forming slope and camber of the secondary structure at the bottom of the tank are higher.In order to ensure the construction quality,the construction party should not only solve the problem of concrete temperature cracks at the bottom of the tank,but also control the accuracy of measurement and setting out positioning of the cone-shaped tank bottom in the square tank body,and ensure the transverse radian,radial slope and flatness of the cone surface when pouring the concrete at the bottom of the tank.Combined with the construction process of the sedimentation tank of No.7 waste water building in the first phase of Fujian HuaJiaCai high tech monitor construction project,the working principle of the radial flow sedimentation tank and the control points of the secondary structure construction at the bottom of the conical tank are described.
