摘 要:通过测定水泥胶砂流动度、强度、化学结合水量和混凝土碳化深度,研究再生粉体对混凝土微观结构和抗碳化性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:再生粉体的掺入降低了基体的流动度;随着再生粉体掺量的增加,胶砂抗压强度随之降低;再生粉体的掺入降低了水化产物的化学结合水,掺量越大,化学结合水越少。随着再生粉体掺量的增大,混凝土的抗碳化性能随之降低。矿粉的掺入可提高混凝土的抗碳化性能。By measuring the flowability,strength,chemically combined water content of mortars and carbonation depth of concrete,and effects of recycled powder on microstructure and carbonation resistance of concrete were studied.The experimental results show that the incorporation of recycled powder decreased the flowability of mortars.With the increase of recycled powder,the compressive strength of cement mortar reduced.The addition of recycled powder reduced the chemical binding water of mortars.The larger the recycled powder content,the less the chemical binding water.With the increase of recycled powder,the carbonation resistance of concrete decreased.The incorporation of slag improved the carbonation resistance of concrete.
