摘  要:空洞病害是混凝土桥梁结构常见的缺陷病害之一,严重影响桥梁结构的正常使用及耐久性。为确定曲线预应力混凝土箱梁桥底板存在空洞病害时的承载能力状态,以某曲线预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥为研究对象,基于桥梁病害检测结果开展静载试验进行承载能力分析,评价混凝土底板空洞对桥梁结构承载能力的影响程度。结果表明:箱梁底板的混凝土空洞缺陷附近未产生明显的应力集中现象,空洞病害对结构承载能力的影响较小,对桥梁的安全性无明显影响;采取相应措施及时修复,提高结构耐久性,以免引发钢筋锈蚀等次生病害,影响结构安全。Cavity disease is one of the common defects of concrete bridge structure,which seriously affects the normal use and durability of bridge structure.In order to determine the state of bearing capacity of curved prestressed concrete box girder bridge floor with cavity disease,a curved prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge is taken as the research object based on the static load test of bridge diseases detection results in carrying capacity analysis and the evaluation of concrete floor holes on the bearing capacity of the bridge structure influence.The results show that there is no obvious stress concentration near the concrete void defect of box girder floor,and the void disease has little influence on the bearing capacity of the structure and no obvious influence on the safety of the bridge.It is to take corresponding measures to repair in time and improve the durability of the structure,so as to avoid causing secondary diseases such as steel corrosion and affecting the safety of the structure.
